mark, 15 Nov 2017how sad S8 is already obsolete.. It was the day they elected it to be a tall S7.

Typically new generations have to be better than the old one across many categories.
Apart from photography S8 was not, if anything it even made a step back regarding battery life.

It was born to be obsolete. By comparison S7 edge is still very much relevant (goes to show that good phones survive, bad ones get obsolete very fast).

AnonD-715870, 15 Nov 2017Since long I am waiting for a very powerful 5 inch sleek device... Hope sammy will release one... moreIt's called the iPhone (iPhone X is 5inch sized as well).

Where do you think Apple is making all this money? Apple fanboys alone? No! They're making some serious buck from abandoned categories (which are very much in vogue despite android makers having abandoned them).

The most coin Apple makes these days is from abandoned categories. One-handed phones and tablets. Everybody else is not trying to any of those categories allowing Apple to play alone and make a killing.

Who said that android makes have an entrepreneurial spirit, I mean they're all making phablets these days for god's sake...

Had they been better competitors, maybe they would be making some of the sweet profit that Apple also does...
