It's nice to have multi-aspect sensor, but I find the 4:3 ratio much more useful than 16:9.

somehow.... i mean its interesting and all but it's a little suspicious that these Nokia products get so much exposure. OK, they are nice hardware products but still... i'd hope you stay neutral :)

In fact, the same Nokia don't wanna had more contact, support and phones with Meego. Is hard to accept but is true.
Nokia need money and sales, Microsoft can provide those to Nokia, Linux communiti don't, since people want Open Os, but that ideology don't pay bills, and not of the size of Nokias needs.

Convince 1 million of persons to buy this and maybe nokia will continue If not will be just loose money for Nokia...10, 1000, 10000, 100000 signatures will not be enough, this is a Business and needs profits, so, if N9 don't sell well they will kill meego, besides Nokia has a billionare signature with microsoft anbd this will make Nokia survive, Nokia needs money to cover losses :( So, If Meego don't give money to Nokia...Farewell Meego...
Besides with N5 and others coming (s40/S60) Nokia will still with Symbian (for some time)....so I don't see any bright future for Meego :( BUT for the bright side :D The N9 hardware is cool, is a taste for the next WP7 devices

rtkomar, 27 Jun 2011Okay, here is the thing.. I have calculated this from Damian Dinnings reply in the source link... moreBut this should be better than many of the other manufacturer's 8MP modules.. Even some digicams use 1/3" sensor.. Not bad at all.. But N8 is out of the reach of everybody, at least as of now..
