xXENDER FREAKXx, 17 Nov 2017But, I am still having doubts when I see the word "OLED". U see, because of all the problems t... moreIPS LCD is more durable than OLED.
You can find burn-in etc problems on OLED. TFT LCD also not that durable. The IPS LCD is durable because it backlit rendered the light equally.

I just cant make out the display info... 4 different sizes and resolutions...5.7 fhd up to 11.2 4k screen?!
Whats up with that? Is it true info?
Some projector tech?
xXENDER FREAKXx, 17 Nov 2017But, I am still having doubts when I see the word "OLED". U see, because of all the problems t... moreOLED is OLED, no matter who makes the panel, OLED will suffer the burn in issue and no matter what the pixel arragement is (even LG OLED TV with WRGB) , because the organic material LED itself that makes short lifespan. (Correct me if i'm wrong*).
And if u want an alternative self-emissive display like OLED, micro-LED is the answer.
Anonymous, 17 Nov 2017sony takes 6 months to fix this issue because their engineers are less smart than samsungnope.
they have many smart engineers like samsung. but like many other jap companies, they always need long time to take decision. they are very slow to decide something
Be Nice To Others, 16 Nov 2017Next year with Mirai, my friend.yes yes. less bezel and dual camera. like samsung. and probably with notch too, like apple.
dual notches or "omni balanced" top notch and bottom notch.
hope this also fixes the Wifi connection issues (once the wifi connection was lost it couldn't reconnect) i think somehow related to using Stamina mode) in the XZ1 compact
Anonymous, 16 Nov 2017this distortion problem was reported in May. first.. sony tried to deny this problem and hide ... moresony takes 6 months to fix this issue because their engineers are less smart than samsung
Be Nice To Others, 16 Nov 2017And JDI's OLED (Sony's main distributor of their screens) will be in RGB matrix or something ... moreBut, I am still having doubts when I see the word "OLED". U see, because of all the problems that they cause like on the Apple with SAMSUNG's AMOLED, it makes me feel like QLED would be a better choice for the display instead of OLED. Even though it is another LCD, at least it won't have burn-in issues etcetera after a few months of use. But I am hoping that if they really used the OLED panel from JDI I hope that it will be better than other OLED panels with no burn-ins
L0lip0p, 17 Nov 2017Biggest sensor maker, not biggest lens maker,In fact, thats the only one part made by Sony in Sony phones. The camera sensor, not the camera lens.
Eveything else in Sony phones is made by third party companies.
XtremE16, 16 Nov 2017My model is xperia xzs... I'm still waiting for oero update.. Anyone know where come to oero u... moreIf all goes well, should be before the end of this year, since the XZ Premium is already getting the update.
L0lip0p, 17 Nov 2017Biggest sensor maker, not biggest lens maker,Zeiss! is already in access or not!? In my opinion:
A. IGZO display
B. Zeiss's lenses
C. Xenon flash
Beauty+great beast in same time
Hopefully, next XZ.series such as XZ2/XZ2c does not has needs to any fixes like that when you smartphone is made by biggest sensors maker
Anonymous, 16 Nov 2017I hope (I was) those phones getting bezels reduction xDbezel size fix comes with android 13
AnonD-705970, 16 Nov 2017Xzp 4k hdr >>>>>>>> crapmoled pentline low resolutionAnd JDI's OLED (Sony's main distributor of their screens) will be in RGB matrix or something that's better than Diamond PenTile.
You know, even contents are made up of pixels in RGB pattern and not Diamond PenTile.
