As someone in South Korea, this is not true. The iPhone X can be had quite easily.
I suspect these analysts are simply trying to create hype and their 5sec of fame simply spooking an "OMG Apple selling well in Samsung's home territory" arguement.

Noel , 17 Nov 2017Does anybody fall for these lame publicity stunt still? The actual estimated numbers are also stated, and over 10 years, a clear picture of sales figures has been established. So to answer, to those who are able to do rudimentary analysis, no they are not fooled. Which are you?

Luxor, 17 Nov 2017Want to hear the good part. Iphone X display is made by Samsung. Samsung still win in its own ... moreWell... Samsung Mobile's bound to lose stock and revenue over this, but Samsung as the entire group isn't affected; the AMOLED division is rolling in the dough of iPhone X sales, perhaps offsetting the loss by the Mobile division.

In the old days I never tought android was better then ios. But now I have decided is depends on the cell phone network mostly as the speed off internet not so much the phone. Technology will be changing all the time and cost and constant different phones coming out all the time. So no phone is better then the other. That's for the customer to decide. Manufacturing brand and the price does not mean the phone is better then one which cost less. Everything is all personal prefance. The phone I using now cost me less the £300. So an unpopular brand my not be the worse choice for you. If you choose network cafully and such as using Uswitch and choose phone. Don't have to be stuck in long term contract. There are monthly deals out there which in long term can save u money.

Want to hear the good part. Iphone X display is made by Samsung. Samsung still win in its own turf. Samsung must be so happy their display is selling like hot cakes in Korea. Or Korean are just happy to use display made by Samsung on an iphone. Lol. But that overprice-ness is really sad though. And 150k units sold out in a minute is not even news with population over 50 million. Is that something to be impress about? Idk. Im not an analyst.

Overpriced phone. Watch the xz premium vs. Iphone x on youtube. The real price would be 500 euros.

Not surprising. It's a rich country. iPhone X will have problems selling here in india. We're all about the cheap chinese phones like Xiaomi oppo vivo huawei etc. because we're 3rd world country.
