Anonymous, 20 Nov 2017Who the fu told you removing jack gives better waterproofing? Look at s8 for yourselfIt's high school physics. The less number of holes there are, the tougher it is for water to enter the phone.

And I didn't say it gives you better waterproofing. It only makes it easier to better waterproof a phone.

amm Yeah.. no...
- No IP rating
- No SD card slot
- No OIS in camera
- No Dual speakers (Even worse, this tiny bottom speaker Oneplus puts on their phone is terrible!)
- Small Battery in today's comparisons

Considering all these cons and some pros of Oneplus (Timely updates, dash charge, 3.5mm jack, Amoled) and a price of 500$ when bought directly it MAYBE a considerable option...

Still does not look what it can offer same specs as S8, S8 is water proof, better screen, offers SD card, battery life similar, I don't think so camera is better of 5T, S8 has better software support and more features, and not much expensive

Anonymous, 21 Nov 2017Lol all you ppl whining here yet, never planning to buy the phone anyway so why should anyone ... moreWe're trying to get people with zero technical skills to understand what is the difference between a real high-end flagship and this wannabe.
You should appreciate our advice. Because of people like you that will buy a product just because it looks and sounds promising, the manufacturers will offer garbage quality products.
If people wouldn't buy it, they wouldn't make them so bad.. Think about it.
Also, oneplus is big only because and thanks to CyanoGenMod. Without them they're just another cheap brand.

you're like those people who posts their ugly, poorly taken dog/cat pics, proceeds to gush on how much you love them, even though nobody asked for it.

Phone cameras may go as high as hundreds of MP but the physical size of the lens and sensors will stop them from capturing better pictures.

It's worse than the OnePlus 5...
The secondary camera sucks on this one.
I like the infinity display and fingerprint sensor at the back.
The only thing I love about all these OnePlus Phones (Except OnePlus X) is that they use Metal Body.

The 5T met all my expectations, however I'll still be skipping it and keeping the 3 as it's still good enough... Perhaps an OEM can make something next year that'll make me switch, having said that I am pretty invested in dash/vooc charge.
