I bought an LG V20 last December--my carrier is Sprint and Sprint has tried to be helpful but it is clearly a LG problem.The phone was working perfectly until the first update. From then until now, this phone has been a nightmare and gets worse with every subsequent update. LG has been no help. Some of the problems included a constant peaking of audio producing a constant beeping. I have to keep the phone off. Problem is it won't shut down most of the time so I have to remove the battery to stop the annoying beeping. With the unit under warranty, LG said send it to them for analysis and they must have two weeks to check it. No, they will not provide a loner. Other problems over the past year include texting not working, overheating, one audio channel not working, Blue Tooth not working and the flashlight flashing on incoming calls. Now, I am going back in the market for a new phone. With the poor engineering and service I am experiencing, LG is not on my shopping list. My advice: steer clear of the LG V20!
