It is not even CLOSE to the N8, and I do not think it will be close the N9 either. Besides, audio recording during video is terrible on the SG2, and there is only 1 led, so flash is useless. My old N900 takes better pictures than my sisters SG2.

"Compression quality is better... morewhat are you trying to say is canon,nikon, olympus,panasonic,fujifilm are fools to use larger sensors in there cameras (point and shoot/ DSLR) when they can enhance quality just by using some compression algorithm just ask any professional photographer he will always advice you camera with larger sensor since larger sensor's have larger pixel that produces lower noise in poor light condition large sensor detect light better just crop SE arc's cam pic and the see the truth i'm not saying arc has bad cam it is one of the best camera phone but after n8

"Compression quality is better on SGS2, compression algorithms are what makes good pictures, end of story" is as ignorant as your statement.
Also look at Xperia Arc which takes superior pictures to N8. It doesn't come with extremely big sensor yet the picture quality is better.

And that's in ideal lighting. Take photos under bad lighting, and it's not even a contest. Quit spreading BS.
