fast charging will f**k up your baterries no matter what manufacturer says,technology used is more than 10 years old,only charging methods are different,the heat produced by high than 1 amper on 5 volts charging is making baterry lasting around 2-3years mostly

One plus relies on high ampere and low voltage to boost the charging thus preserving the battery for longer by preventing it from heating. BBK has patent on that

The problem is with the battery and charger circuitry, those phones cannot be charged and used at the same time.
Good that Onleplus (and Oppo) already have a patent for that.

What about meizu super mCharge which goes from 0 to 100% in 20 min? Of course meizu is not an A brand but this is even more a shame for other smartphone makers.
