I think it's my fault, because i currently use a S8+, when i was using the LG G3 and G4, LG was last to take the updates, and Samsung was always first when i moved back to Sony, Sony was last, LG became first since with G4 onwards, they were closer to google. And ever since i jumped one Samsung, they turned from first, to last, with Sony updating first these days... This can't be a coincidence, it's my jinx...
Shamesung effectively ruined the already excellent camera on the S7 after the update and now it's as good as cheap junk Chinese phones. I'm sick of planned obsolescence strategy..
This security update seems to have broken my device. All was fine last night. Update downloaded during night and installed this morning. Now all of a sudden my S8 has a mind of its own: constantly registering phantom presses in the middle of the screen. Removed screen protector, removed case, good cleaning, factory reset, nothing helps. For a short clip of the problem, see https://twitter.com/pjdq/status/934009490835476480
