If you notice, all the latest bids that go beyond the intelligent limit a person would bid are from new accounts that have only bid on this auction. The owner of the auction is just creating tons of new accounts and bidding on its own auction to create shock value.

I fail to understand why would anyone buy this epic piece of junk.

Even when it's "functioning" the button at the bottom doesn't always work, so you're stuck on a stupid "app" you didn't even want to get into anyway.

          Cheers to passing trend !

What a fail this article is... The current bid is 1,725.00. That's one thousand seven hundred twenty-five.

I suppose Apple will be using Ebay now!! After all. Apple and Ebay have 2 letters in common. So they will proably claim copyright over the letters A and E!!!

[deleted post]Or an oddly shaped paper weight. Btw, with everything going electronic no paper is left to be weighted over. So, no use of this junk in the making :P

Anonymous, 04 Jul 2011the current bid is only 1525 where did the 9999999999999999 came from Normally the same story will be run by several sites. Compare GSMArena's headlines and you will see a tendency for exaggeration.

This is a good site, but GSMArena please, no need to resort to headline grabbing tactics.

I think the flamewars between iOS and Android have helped them a lot too, which is why the tendency to word headlines in slightly provocative ways, which results in thousands of hits.

Been a long time fan of this website, but quite sad in some ways to see the direction its going in.
