Do a little research about this and you'll find more information.

Really? ^ My face scan always fails. Of course cuz mainly of my own doing. Not in range or some other variable I can't think of that I'd mainly blame myself.

11.2 on my X has improved battery life immensely. Very significant improvement there. But it seems like Face ID is worse now. Never used to fail, yesterday I had to put in my pin twice. I hope they push 11.2.1 to address this asap

Very worrisome bug. It shows the state of the company now.

This proves that the designers and programmers ain't skilled enough. Not only that, even auditors cannot catch the bugs before it was released!

Something is rotten in the company. Using update for BUGFIX instead of features.

And people who say "compare" to android about bugs.. I say, this is APPLE, ANY bugs is intolerable! Especially their complete control over their own software.

I've basically been affected by every bug so far since getting my iPhone X on release day... found it odd that this resetting bug affected me EXACTLY 24 hours after everyone else.. oh well. Nothing that a little research, trouble shooting and time cant fix (at 1:28am on a Monday morning).

iOS has turned into the one with bugs and lags. Plus I wouldn't rave about their so-called longer support for software upgrades - Their software upgrades seem to deliberately slow down models older than 2 years, forcing us to buy the new models after all.
