In Kenya, 33 Euros gets you monthly Unlimited internet at between 5 to 30 Mbps.
You can use it for Android TV, Wi-Fi, Pc , tethering, VoIP etc .

You get unlimited 100Mb/s 4G plan for like 20euros in Finland and the coverage is great. A lot of people use a mobile plans as their primary connection at home as well. That probably bumps the average number up a fair bit.

Almost everywhere you go wifi is password protected.

Then I went to Vietnam for vacation and almost every shop let's you use their wifi free. So in Canada you absolutely need a data plan

Plus even if you find wifi most places want you to register giving away your personal info so they can market stuff to you later.

Around 8 months back we used to pay 7$ for 1GB monthly data and all greedy operator were working like a cartel means no one was willing to reduce data cost, then a legendary operator came in market and now we pay 8$ for 2GB/ day for 50 days (speed is just ok in day time like 800 KB/sec and in night 8 MB/sec )

It is clear by the name of the survey provider that it is global conveyor. Now tell me one way where mobile network is inferior to wifi. Even with 100mbps connection in my home I have to buy LTE data just because, not everyone is probably a couch slouch like you! People can go to gym, people can go to restaurant, people can have to go to somewhere where the wifi is not free.. the list is endless. In a sentence, it is not always convenient to ask for wifi credentials every 100mts you go on the road. And talk about wifi speeds, I have been to Europe, I have been to Australia, the wifi speeds are laughable. Come to Asia, and try to switch on the wifi in so called developing countries like China, Indonesia, India, etc. Far far better.. or else if you want to get blown away try Korea or Japan.. you will see the difference between Asia and your down going economy.
