Anonymous, 05 Dec 2017So you just compare a new v30 with old s8 in Europe ? Do you think that's fair? Old ? Perhaps, but the perfomance/characteristics are roughly the same. It's about time that LG gain power on the market and to achieve this, they need to put a lower price on their phone, that's how they're gonna ear some share on the market and make the Korean sibling (Samsung) shiver a bit :)

MMK, 05 Dec 2017I really wanted to buy the V30. But LG made me go ahead and buy the Note 8. Why LG???!!!!!I am also getting bored and started having thoughts of buying Note 8 but I am still keeping my patience. Very poor business strategy from LG.

Absolutely true. I am waiting for V30 since teh launch. Their twitter handle also confirmed me about 3 month back that it will be launched soon. And no news yet. They dont have much smartphone line up still i dont understand this much delay. They are the king in home appliances though . But really the smartphone division is really full of Miserable people.

Who cares about V30? It's much worse than V20 because V30 has non-removable battery, no IR blaster, curved screen, 18:9 screen, glass back, OLED, ... And V20 is much cheaper at about $400 unlocked (yes, you can buy V20 in Europe, but as an import device).

I swear LG hates making money or something. They've started making some really good devices, but unless they fix their time from announcement to global roll-out, they'll lose a lot of potential sales.

When it's almost time to release new phone for Sammy, LG is starting to sell their V30 which they unveiled almost half months ago. And yet they couldn't find out why their products sell so bad.
