AnonD-696151, 06 Dec 2017And oreo not even 1% in the chartThat's because iOS is Apple's OS but Android is for many phones including fake iPhones. So if Apple decides to put an iOS update, it will be done fast as it is the same company who made it and who needs to publish while Android has around 100 companies who needs to publish the updates on their phone so all 100 companies will be working on software updates. And Google also needs to give their license to all companies to let them get new updates. Google gives their Android One devices, Pixel Devices and those who sponsored in the latest model of Pixel/Nexus (RIP) first then passes on the license with Sony and Nokia being first, Huawei being second, Samsung and Oneplus together third, Then LG and the rest of the companies.
