It's easy to mindlessly bash a brand. But when asked for details, its suddenly not so easy any more.

And simply anyone that knows a single thing on the topics at hand knows apple copied plenty.
And for you thats not amazing. Thats quite basic of you to act like this. Very typical and fan based fallacies.

Anonymous, 09 Dec 2017Ui from symbian and Xerox era? Cellphone tech from Qualcomm? Dual camera tech from Israeli cor... moreXerox were pioneers. You could just as well claim Microsoft, Google, etc stole/copied from Xerox. In the same spirit, every single company today copied from Apple with their smartphones, ultrabooks, design languages, etc.

Oh, and what "cellphone tech from Qualcomm" has Apple been copying?
I'm assuming you're referring to the ongoing legal battle between the two corporations, in which both sides are suing each other for patent infringements? Apple is also suing Qualcomm for operating an illegal business model, etc?
It's an unsettled legal matter, and you could just as well say Qualcomm copied tech from Apple.

Remember when there were massive patent battles waged between Samsung, Nokia and Apple? That's basically what's happening now. Apple is sick of Qualcomm trying to double-dip, Qualcomm wants to strike back at Apple for starting a dispute with them, Apple ups the anti by counter-suing, etc. It'll go on for years, and so far Qualcomm is losing.

As for the Corephotonics lawsuit? They literally patented things such as using two cameras with different focal lengths. That's a ridiculously broad patent that will never hold up in court. Patents need to be specific to actually be viable. They'll lose in court, their "patent" will be invalidated and the world will go on.

Corephotonics also claim all iPhone users are committing copyright infringement for buying iPhones. That's how ridiculous Corephotonics are.

So yes, you do need to start listing cases of designs, tech and CPU ideas Apple has been copying. Because so far your list contains 0 such examples.

That's because Apple Inc has become one of the largest corporations in the world. That's a bit different from a little-known record label that hadn't done anything since the time of Beatles.

And the Xiaomi is a rip-off in both name and design:

Apparently I understand intellectual property and business far better than you, since my opinion is in line with the courts. Yours is not.

Now please, be specific. What designs did Apple copy? What tech and CPU ideas did they copy? What names did they steal from popular products? I want an answer to all four.

Yeah, I didn'... moreAnd if it were the other way around right now apple would be insanely after them to sue them with a vengeance! And you would be here with others to say apple has every right look how much a copy it is. And that is actually way more a copy than this. Which is not even remotely a copy.
Because unlike most others apple copies pretty much everything. Flat out stole the names, copied the company name, copied designs and tech ideas and the whole shabam. Was even copying cpu ideas until the last few years.
You dont understand intellectual or business at all. Just lies and greed.
