Apple is scared of Samsung S2.S2 is a fantastic mobile much superior (at a lesser price) to the iphone and going by the sales of S2, Apple seems to be shaken and scared.

I switched from an iphone 4 to SGS 2 and I am really happy with it. Get over it, more competition = better for everyone. Stop whining on the marginal increase in your market share Apple.

that is just theatre play. If Samsung has argue with Apple will stop produce CPU for them and resolve the problem.. No iPhones/iPads = no trouble.

It's true that Blackberry and Windows lost market share...but Android's rise from 32% to 38% proves that the majority of formal RIM and Windows users choose Android and not Apple! Apple's market share rose with just 2% from 24% to 26%! Apple feel threatened!...they've seen the SGS 2 huge popularity and they know that when it's launched in the US it will drasticly dicrease their profits! They are trying everything in their power to hit their main opponent and affect Samsung's credibility and ultimatly Galaxy 2 selles numbers! Being unable to launch a product to match Galaxy 2 they are using lawsuits as their main weapon ! Pathetic and discracefull!

Apple need to grow a pair, if they are so confident their phone is superior then they shouldn't have anything to worry about and find no need to sue. There are only so many ways a device of a type/size can be designed, just look how car manufacturers are now 'reinventing' the classic shapes of past cars.
Now if you'll excuse me i'll return to work and continue using a perfectly normal Motorola a780 with touch screen, gps etc thats old but still does a might fine job and is perfect for MY needs.

am not really a die hard fan of samsung but NAH apple went over board on dis on...den again why can't samsung do something way different must it b a look alike of iphone...u got good spec implement a way different UI let's see wat apple would sue next
just because android is open source d entire UI on dere ios5 its awhole new copy cat style..
samsung ur doin a great job if apple wins its away of likin android as we all knw samsung is d leadin manufacturer of android dev

Apple's growth? What growth?
I am not a big fan of Samsung phones, their monitors and TV's are excellent, phones on the other hand are not the best in my opinion (They seem to die prematurely).
Apple on the other hand, well... I really do not see the appeal in them. There is nothing and no special feature(s) which make them stick out. Even their hardware is not the best, if they were to release something which high end hardware within a month or 2 it would be outdone and outdated.

Because of these pathetic actions made by Apple, I will never ever buy an iPhone, Ipad, Mac or even an Ipod touch. I will tell all my friends, family and colleagues not to buy Apple products. Apple will do everything for money, in evil ways!!

they are really scared. apple cannot compete with Samsung anymore (galaxy s2 above all). I would never buy apple devices, it looks to me it is the apple itself admitting: "we are going to lose the war"

To be honest this law suit stuff is getting stupid. stop suing each other and take the money youy would save and build awesome phones. stop being a bunch of girls and get over it. does this mean that if i go and light a fire and then someone lights one next to me i can sue them for taking my idea .............. THIS IS GETTING SO OLD AND MEANING LESS!!!!!!
