BCHLIU, 08 Dec 2017Why do people even TRUST DXOMark anymore? Their testing is clearly subjective and is a paid ad... moreI agree. Dxomark has lost so much credibility with phone buyers so much so that they have to put non-traditional phone brands in their topnotcher lists. We'll probably be seeing Oppo and Vivo phones in DXOmark's future topnotcher lists next just so they can redeem their credibility as an unbiased, non-sponsor driven 'reference testing site' for comparing smartphone camera image quality.
Anonymous, 08 Dec 2017So the MiN3 has weaker cpu than MiN2? LOL... That is why I do not buy this brandsNote 3 has the flagship quality of mi6 except the SoC and only because the MIX2 has to be at the top. The Note2 was a pricier disappointment in terms of screen , big bezels, camera etc...
U11 is comparable to note 8, just without the second zoom and bokeh.
Perhaps the points are just for second camera's zoom feature.
Why do people even TRUST DXOMark anymore? Their testing is clearly subjective and is a paid advertising by whoever gives them money for the month. The Mi Note 3's camera is EXACTLY the same in hardware and software as the Mi6.
What!!!!? I have it. Sure it takes great shots. But not even close to iPhone 7. That's right. 7. Not X. Not 8+, not even 8, but 7! I know so 'cause I have both I can compare.

MI 6 & MI NOTE 3
those two devices have the same camera, just look at the SPECS
SO WHY xiaomi choose MI NOTE 3 to put it in the list of DXO
BECAUSE they do not sold it as they expect
a midrange chipset(SD660) in FLAGSHIP ( because carrying MI name) with HIGH EXPENSIVE price, who gonna buy it, so thats because they decide to put in top 10 list of DXO
look at the specs of MI NOTE 2
ITS REALLY FLAGSHIP

opiz, 08 Dec 2017ha ha ha... who pay more will have better place in listThis year the first places were already sold, wait until next year, xiomi pay for the first ones
Xdapro, 08 Dec 2017Xiomi also start paying?ha ha ha...
who pay more will have better place in list
Yes, but with only 128 GB memory, you'll have to choose between pictures, music and video to keep on the device. Either that or constantly be shuttling off content to a computer. With no audio jack, I'd keep my current phone for music
Phones should have one cam + optical zoom.
This telephoto is acting like Macro Shot to defocus the background.
But not even work properly.
Check all " bokeh/protrait" of these phones, the blur does not even cover 15% of background.
Another choice is to use 24mm lenses then crop to change FOV.
To simulate a 50mm lens
This got high score because of its second Zoom lens and good Bokeh mode
If you know how DxO Mark works you should've known that Still 2 years old nexus 5x and nexus 6p can capture more sharp, detailed & less noisy pic then this with higher dynamic range than this. And this is where Xiaomi always lagging
I owned MI4, Mi5, Mi6 and all of them had great cameras with bad optimization. That's why still using my nexus 5x for capturing stills -_-
