i am using amazfit pace and its just fantabulous it's battery gives me a full week of usage only one single charge and the other features is also good the one thing is i don't like you can't reply your notifications through watch rest of this everything is awesome
For the concerns on always on, screen is trans reflective lcd which means it's like your old caiso digital watch which doesn't need backlight under bright sunny day. most of the day it doesn't need any backlight. in auto backlight setting it will lit only in specific angle which you turn your watch to your face in your arm. I'm using old Amazfit pace with minimum 5 days of battery life. I ran 36km (5 hours) trail two times without any issues with only %20-25 battery drain. For info, backlight is only used at night which is not as bright as your smartphone.
AvengerX, 13 Dec 2017I read the title as "The Huawei Amazfit 2 is Xiaomi's latest smartwatch offer"XD same at first!
Anonymous, 13 Dec 2017Without holographic display endless battery lifespan smart watch is uselessInvent a way for a smartwatch to draw power from the human body instead of a tiny battery without killing the person. and a way to launch a holographic touchable. and you're good.
Otherwise. don't complain!
Backlight is not always on it has a transreflictive screen. Reflects light from other areas.
Love the Community, 13 Dec 2017Did you know, Nokia managed to program LCD with Always on Display a la Glance Screen. If they ... moreLCD always on, requires the backlight to be always on. It's like having the screen on at all times anyway making a massive drain on battery.
This is no solution. For now, always on technology is best adapted to Oled since only a few pixels are lit.
Have you ever used this watch or just imagining things, the watch has best transflective screen, it reflect sunlight to boost the readability of the screen
Does this support to read documents and zoom in and out function for photos
