The leica camera with 2x optical zoom and the overall design of two lenses and back placed fingerprint (i personally like back placed fingerprint). Overall the design is awesome and new aspect ratio of display is good.

First its monster 6000 mAh battery that ensures I won't need to charge several times a day but each 3 or 4 days, then its 6GB RAM+128GB internal storage combo, or even its 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage combo which are enough for me, its Kirin 970 processor, its cameras, its screen, and its beautiful design...
