I'd have to say, what i like most is the camera.
Most dual camera phones would have a a high mp sensor and a lower one, i was really surprised to see a 16mp+20mp dual camera setup.
The other thing i like about it is the design, the top and bottom bezels are extremely small and the glass back gives it a nice look.
