None of gsmarena's battery tests ever use the phone's mobile data. Once you are a moderate to heavy LTE mobile data user, only the actual battery capacity matters. No amount of optimization software will make a small 3000mAh to 3500mAh battery outperform a 4000mAh battery.

Like i emailed Huawei when they just announced these phones...on top of the Mate Pro we also need the regular Mate 10 here in the US preferably the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage option as well. Even if it means them selling it unlocked here in the US.
Even though i was a little concerned by some battery test results that showed the Mate 10 under performing compared to some devices with 3300mAh batteries...i still intend on getting the regular Mate 10. Hopefully Huawei will address the battery stamina issues manifested on those tests. It is a well made phone with a 16:9AR, slim bezels, huge battery and plenty of top specs.
