Well, Apple did not innovate editing, FCP was ideas taken from AVID Technology. They did not invent phones, ideas were taken from other phone companies. They did not invent HD Cinema displays, again ideas taken from LG or Samsung. Apple were crying and trying to sue companies who were trying to invent ways of installing their OS onto Windows machine. Two months later, they started selling machines that could dual boot into windows and OS. So Don’t go and tell me Apple don’t copy and invent their own. They have also copied each and every technology off others. After all, an idiot will learn off his own mistake, and a wise man will learn of others mistakes. Why re-invent the wheel. As much as Apple have done to others, others also do it to Apple. Stop crying, Samsumg Galaxy S II iKicks the Apples arse any day (Comes from me as an Ex-Apple Employee). Come on Steve Jobs, do you want to sue me for letting loose the Apple Secret? Just try it. Cuz you can’t sue for facts if they aren’t lies.

lol apple is too busy in courts with htc, samsung, nokia, lg, blackberry, asus, HP, intel, microsoft, ....etc and they have an overheat problem in there iphone 5 processor waaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha daaang they are really funny...apple you can sue ford and Toyota too lol

Apple must be trying to fund the pay out and on-going royalties they were forced to give to Nokia a month ago after they breached 10 of their patents in the design of the iPhone.

LG was the first produced touch screen phone Brada so they can sue Apple for patent on that.

Hahahaha..... Now no work is left for apple so it is filing lawsuit against every smartphone maker... It is coz they r no longer in the competition.... Its biggest rival samsung took all its market share that's y the apple z gone mad n filing suits against everyone.....

WTF Apple !!.
I think all of the manufacturer company like Samsung, LG.....etc should completely stop manufacturing / supplying all the parts for iPhone. Then this will only end the lawsuit !!! Else it will be endless story.

Wether you like or dislike Apple, it's a question of ilogical american patent laws. American companies are taking patents on just about anything they can and then file lawsuits left to right for patent violation. And the US courts are biased because of protection of national companies.
Back in the days when Nokia ruled the mobile world, you would never hear of X-company suing Y-company over patent violation. Eventhough mobilephones back then were mostly identical in design and features. If there was a problem the involving companies would make a deal and the case wouldn't even reach a courtroom.

Imagine this, Apple try and sue all the smartphone makers because they haven't any ideas, they go to court saying the others copied this, that and the other so in court the people like HTC, Samsung, Nokia etc have to show the phone designs so then if they show something interesting Apple can then 'borrow' the idea and put it in their phones.... Maybe it is really about seeing what technology advances others are making.

Apple has lost it. they just couldn't accept they are no longer the leader of smart phones. HTC, Sony Ericsson, Samsung has taken smart phones to a new level that Apple isn't ready to meet.

wixman, 13 Jul 2011stealing is crime whoever has done it. android phone are only fake iphones. ha hawow you sound like an apple fan boy..it's a fact many android phones can do much more then the iphone..consider the samsung galaxy s2 super amoled plus screen dual core touchwiz 4.0..nfc technology(something applee fails to implement and the reason why they fail in the asian market)
..if you did not know apple is trying to copy androids notification system..and apple has indeed been sued in the past for copying..i.e by mirrors for over 600 mil.
