It states normal everyday actions that occur as normal usage patterns and in previous builds, not sure about this one, could not be turned off. My SMS text app requested permission to send a text message in the notification bar every time I send an SMS message is the height of stupidity when it cannot be dismissed or stopped. I actually had to get an APK from XDA to stop it. You might think that sensible but I certainly don't and obviously I am not the only one.

This thing is a complete pain. I have the Oreo Beta 4 installed and had to disable it using third party builds to stop it constantly stating the obvious in the notification bar. Why do I need to know Handcent SMS requested permission to send a text for example. The worst part it does it repeatedly with no way to stop it.

Already this feature is there under Nokia smartphones few months ago of "Background Activity Manager" in nougat under settings -> battery -> Background Actiivity Manager
its a good feature it saves battery
