why apple must resort in this kind of battle, is it because they already know how powerful android is..
manufacturer already know they should've paid every patented object in each unit they produce and now instead being innovative on the iOS and iDevice and even i say apple is/was innovative, they just asking for more money because they feel threatened even on their own land.. its like making tax for each unit..
you know you can't stop the marching bands of androids..

All newer smart phones will have some Apple
features . Just as the iPhone os is based partially
on the original Windows mobile . It's evolutionary .
I just wish Apple would concentrate on further
development rather than pointless litigation . It's sad that this is where my iPhone money goes .

Heres what apple wants: Every, and i mean EVERY phone sold in the US be made by apple! Really Steve Jobs? this is what apple falls down to? Sue every cellphone company or competition that threatens your bread winner the "iPhone"?. I have an iPhone and im very sad to hear that apple can't handle the competition. I thought the iPhone was at the top Steve? or you finally realized that the iPhone is compared to lets say HTC phones are far less superior!. HTC, Samsung and LG has 4g phones, some have 3d displays and an OS that puts ios to shame. Mind you i didn't buy my iPhone, twas a gift. If it was my choice i would go with an OS that doesnt effing restricts everything on my phone. The only frickin personalization you can do with an iPhone is change wallpaper(unless you have a jailbroken iPhone on which you can personalize til your hearts content, which my iPhone is coz i couldnt stand a stock iPhone!). Bluetooth transfer? screw that, that would be sharing and apple would have none of that!!. So apple stop being aN "a-hole" and man up. like what HTC said "battle should be on the market and not the courts!!"

other brands ??? hmm.. you see sambung, lg, or htc..they REALLY REALLY Appleish* in every terms of design, features ( look a like / similar to apple but they just change the name, the color of the fonts..but the ideas still originally came from APPLE )

I ll buy a phone not seeing the design but the specs........this is just a silly matter.....apple must have to change their policy
