Is apple so afraid of these companies that they have to file a lawsuit against everyone and their mother? Wow, watch out, your Grandmother used the word apple when she mentioned her apple pie, she's gonna get sued now! I guess these companies don't realize that people do give a crap where the technology comes from, just that it works well,(or even kind of well in the case of some of the knock-off tech out there), apple products look very nice and are quite well made, worry about keeping up with the times, not losing ground in massive leaps to open-source products like anything android, and maybe actually listen to the masses instead of trying to tell them what they want/need...

just like ive said (samsung apple lawsuit) its all about the money for apple ..htc and all other smartphone maker out there regardless if it is an android or windows please stand up to apple.

apple are being selfish, immature and in a sense you can tell that they are petrified of any company running android. Why else do you think they would be going after the companies who have made
Android so big? (HTC, Samsung etc.) they are so scared of being booted out of the market by android just like Microsoft did to them back in the 80’s. they’re trying to not let that happen again but they don’t seem to understand that as long as they keep up their totalitarian attitude towards the market, an open source democratic approach is what the market wants and so Apple will keep on failing. People to not want to feel locked up with their mobile devices, they want the freedom to do whatever they please with what they paid for.
apple seem to be too stubborn and ignorant to acknowledge that fact and so will just continue to unsuccessfully sue other companies until they eventually die out. Silly apple.
