this is not the first time I heard this, seems like apple wants to ban all of its competitors in the US. lets face it, apple was a hit back then when they introduced a fluid interface and a great OS. and although apple still sells alot today, the apple fever is nearing its end, and apple knows it, with its competitors offering a lot more than they could in terms of software and hardware. all they can do is file a lawsuit and ban other products which I doubt would never happen. apple is slowly going down..

apple seems to be frustrated by growth of htc and samsung, earlier samsung and now with htc.

AnonD-13645, 13 Jul 2011first was samsung now it's htc?, i don't think apple's going to win this, just a waste of time... morehtc phone has low quality lens and mic. it has poor audio output too. samsung is better than htc and iph 4 is brst without lags and excellent svreen audio uality and photo quality. luv apple never seen android music player as goof as ipod
