Nokia phones are Chinese(as if thats a bad thing). All others are what they want to be.

All others are only assembled in China unless the company designing them are based in China as well as assemble their phones there.
For eg, Lenovo is based in China therefore their phones are Chinese.
Apple is based in the US, therefore their phones are American, but only assembled in China.
Similarly, if you find a made in China Samsung, then its Korean. It was just assembled in China. Same goes for LG phones.
These rules, however, don't apply to Nokia.
If the label says Nokia, then its Chinese regardless of the fact that Ozo is a tech from a 150 year old Finnish company, and products are launched after approval from the same company.
Trolls at GsmArena don't care about that.
Trolls at GsmArena also think that Juho Servikas and Arto Numella are Chinese name.
Trolls at GsmArena only see that Foxconn now owns Nokias Vietnam factory. Never mind the fact that Nokia actually built that factory.

Why does it matter? Every company switches around CEOs, developer, production-companies every now and then. But they still keep being the same brand. It happened before when Microsoft owned nokias smartphone branch, it wasnt nokia then right? or was it? Does it matter? Foxconn produces the iPhone, therefore the iPhone isn't an apple product, it's a Foxconn product?! No? Then why does it matter WHO creates nokia phones ;)
