Any phone is better than this even a Nokia 3 have 16gb disk space and 2gb ram also good GPU and CPU.
This will have nothing just a super high price.
Doogee X10 with simmilar specs cost around 60 this cost 120 only because of Samsung brand.
Xiaomi 4A cost same price and is million times better than this sluggish elderly turtle on permanent vacation.

It's about time to say goodbye to anything which has less than 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM. Still don't understand what Samsung wants to achieve with 1.5 GB and 16 GB ROM with the promise that this will hardly receive any update. Wish, they had better vision at low end because all this will do is make people move to brands like Xiaomi who offer much more and relevant to the price demanded.

It is also for those who don't want the best in terms of UI and speed, so expect it'll lag in less than a year like most non-flagship Samsung phones.

Aadrian , 22 Dec 2017The J2 (2017) was released in October, and now there is a successor already?Because Xiaomi just released the Redmi 5A. The previous J2 becomes like an overpriced trash, so Samsung has to do something quick.

The same old joke from Samsung, insulting their lower end customers. No wonder Xiaomi is taking Samsung's lunch.

Aadrian , 22 Dec 2017The J2 (2017) was released in October, and now there is a successor already? And you really believed in the news of the Galaxy J2 2017 Edition?
That was a misleading advertisement from Samsung to sell surplus stock from the Galaxy J2 2015 as if it were a device of 2017.

In practice, the latest Galaxy J2 released remains the 2016.

Interesting.
If this rendering is confirmed in practice, will be the first device whose design of capacitive buttons will change, since the launch of the first Galaxy (GT-I7500), in 2009.

They should've kept the same screen size: 4.5" :(
Then it's perfect.
