Most of those videos were recorded with iPhones anyway. Maybe there should be a separate YouTube Vertical app just for those people.

LOL, nice one.

That said, I wish phones could record landscape when held in portrait. I find its more secure holding a phone single-handed in portrait, and more comfortable.
