There are already apple resellers in India with small stores which sell just iPhones,iPads and Apple watches. So google selling just the pixel phones and tablets wouldn't be impossible.

Anyway, Chinese products are not reliable and do not last long and that's a fact. and again, components and other stuff made in china only because of cheap product and manpower.

Really? Makes no sense for google to open a store in India where 90% of smartphone sales come from sub 100$ “Smartphones” and maybe 1% of sales comes from 600$ and more.

LOL. Indians are not stupid for not buying overpriced Pixel phones. Opening stores won't make much of a difference.
Typical buyers will get a Xiaomi, Moto, etc which offers a ton more value for the buck. The rich ones will go straight to Apple or Samsung for brand.

If they are indeed winning in software, a simple google search will clarify that. Apple is stock day in day out till now but the fact is, it works! It will take an Apple like controlled approach for Google to make Pixel line worth but for now, these look like Nexus Developer Phones with premium build and high price with a dependable camera! People do like stock Android but it's time it has apps or features out of box rather than dependency on Playstore for apps to compensate as that is something any Android can do! Also, what if the developer of a particular app is not releasing updates to an app as quick as Google sends the OS update to Pixel? I agree it might not be every app out there but do you want a new OS or recent updates break your existing running apps and then spend time troubleshooting what happened only to find that Android release xx is not tested/compatible with the application you are using? Apple has a LOT of restrictions and Google is TOO much open. Do we have a 3rd choice? Do you still mind paying a premium for a phone that excels in camera and can't compete with another ecosystem that just works out of box?

Chinese OEMs have crappy product and the only reason it manufactured over there is because of cheap man power and cheap components. Even though iPhones manufactured in China, they are still managing and verifying quility of the product. It has nothing to do with racism.
