"...Look everywhere else and you'll see all other websites saying SGH-i550. Stop being an arrogant ass.."
        ------------------------------------------

Could you please tell me what are those websites.
If you google SGH-1550 all you get is the old gps enebled palm OS smart clamshell.

Its not on Slashphone or mobile-review (some of the best known sites to know even rumors)

Personally I have doubt about this news on GSMarena.

and off course, to respect the Samsung tradition, this ugly phone will have a gorgeous battery with 1 day life! lol!

The SPH-i550 was made for the CDMA market (for sprint) as opposed to the SGH-i550 was made for the GSM market. Samsung is allowed to have phones with the same model number if its for different markets. GSM does get the facts straight. Look everywhere else and you'll see all other websites saying SGH-i550. Stop being an arrogant ass

                    This story is bullsh!t.

The Samsung I550 was released years ago:

                    http://www.samsung.com/mx/products/hhp/cdma/sph_i550.asp

GSM Arena need to get their facts straight. The above phone is not the I550.

Regardless, it is one horrendously ugly phone. Nokia 6500 for me thanks.

whats the big deal they have jusy unveiled a 5mp camera phone then they show this ugly monster with a 3.2mp camera, what gives?
its one step forward then two steps back with some companies,if you have the hardware already, use it,after all a smartphone with gps,radio,3.2mp camera and music player is hardly breaking news.

A closer look at the uneven blue circular dpad, positioning of the 2nd cam and SE keys makes me wonder if this is a Photoshop render.

This news is not there in many leading mobile forums.

Moreover Samsung already have a clamshell by the name i550.

If this is not true I would like GMSarena to delet the post.

Mmmm.. i wanted this phone but unlike n95 this phone will lack video , camare because it won't have a mechanical auto focus, and these buttons must be hard to get along with. : (((

Glad to see a GPS phone. Atlast Nokia boys will stop talking about it. I'm not in to bar phones, just found the keys too much in line with SE's.Cheers!
