apple is running scared and are afraid of how much market share they have lost to customers who have escaped from the i-brandwashing (tm) , and as a result are trying to prevent the more popular android devices taking up the lost ground as previous i users move onto greener pastures

jakethesnake, 15 Jul 2011apple is already behind, the only way they can stay in the market is by suing everyone around.Microsoft did that too. Turns out preety well. They've got HTC to fork up $10 for every android phone they sell and are getting Samsung to pay $15 lol

AnonD-5197, 15 Jul 2011Samsung only made them. Apple designed them badly so that they overheat. Its only rumor. But the galaxy s 2 was released with overheating problems. If this rumor is true I commend apple for waiting to release it. Unlike samsung who released the galaxy knowing full well it was a problem.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Apple tried to sue Audi for having an A5 car or paper manufacturers for A5 size sheets of paper.

like at iphone4's problems with radio signal, solved with a horrible sillicon bumper, apple will provide a solution for a5 problem: a separated ventilator, sold after with 100 euro, called ivent

Samsung, HTC, and Nokia are progressing very smoothly with their new lineup of phones. What happened Apple? Lol now that every other phone company hates Apple, Apple has nowhere to get their parts from!
