The iPhone X has better facial recognition, mostly thanks to using face ID along with Retinal Scan simultaneously and in tandem.
The Mate 10 doesn't have The Best Camera, despite claims of having the best AI for item recognition for helping cakera settings.

That would make geekb... morewhy would that be bullshit, it puts it at the ball park of a11 bionics single core 4100 or so benchmark...they all always do this, compete or try to top each other...assuming because snapdragon is usually right behind exynos (which snapdragon been slacking as of late anyways) is a stupid way of looking at it regardless...cant u just clap for samsung putting in that work instead of trying to hate, its not impossible to top apple, u gotta live with that fact...heck they always get topped and same will happen to the bionic

Huawei is already using the new GPU (Mali G72) when samsung couldve added it in the Note 8 also but they didnt.
Getting to the article, there some mistakes for so called 'firsts' of this new samsung chipset.

Problem = Kirin 970 did that last year, so samsung is slow again.

Huawei did Machine learning in 2016 (Mate 9) and samsung finally doing it AFTER 2 YEARS in 2018. Apple was second in this regard. Samsung is 3rd lol

The Face ID that samsung is doing is in response to apple again, because they are just copying others now. Guarantee it will be 3D scanning because of Apple. They better gave a good answer to FcaeID, like Huawei, who have allegedly created one 10x better than FaceID.
Another point, Huawei did HEVC coding in 2015 which was 3 years ago lmfao. Embarassing it took 3 years.

That is a 100% Improvement in Single Core Performance. Which is HUGE.
Apart from 10-bit 4k 10-bit. The previous generation exynos already did 4k @ 120fps. This generation has presumably improved the video quality even further, without increasing the frame-rate. Which means the concentration is on HDR and 10-bit.

yes they are some which are lets say 10nm but still most of them are way bigger in fact average size is close to 28nm and some even as big as 65nm
so if soc is 1B transistors but 5% of them are 10nm they will market it as 10nm

The time that A11 can reach that super high benchmark is BRAND NEW iphone + at 100% battery + less than 15 minutes benchmark test. That's say if you can reach all those conditions A11 will perform like a beast. Otherwise the OS will secretly reduce the CPU performance.
