TheLostWanderer, 06 Jan 2018Well true, but I have S8 and still don't have the Oreo and I couldn't care less honestly.you shouldn't be proud of being ignorant and uncaring, but its thanks to people like you that they can pull this kind of shit, guess you can be proud of making it easier for companies to save money, good on you

Mitchman, 07 Jan 2018Yeah this year is gonna be fun when it comes to mid rangers again. Its 2016 but with everyone ... moreAbsolutely now that Nokia can produce phones again (thanks Stephan Elop and Microsoft) we can see all the great innovative OEM's battle it out. As u say Xiaomi need to lift their product to keep up with the rest. As for people knocking the second gen Nokia 6. From the specs I could find they are still using high end components (LPDDR4 1333MHz duel channel RAM) in a mid level phone and even managed to lower the price apparently.
This year is going to be great for mid and upper mid-range customers.

Its 2016 but with everyone in the mix. Nokia 6(2018), Sony XA 2, HTC U11 Life, Moto X4, Huawei #P Lite, etc. Xiaomi is going to be much cheaper then ~300$/€, but with all the big compabies now packing their phones with features at an affordable price, Xiaomi is gonna have to fight hard cause build quality won't be able to match these other brands. And! LG is going to reveal tomorrow or Tuesday the K 2018 Series, which I think will be a huge surprise considering no leaks have come out yet.
Waiting to buy it from bangladesh. When will it release from bangladesh?
Ast, 06 Jan 2018Nokiapoweruser just confirmed that it boots oreo right from first in China That's a clever move from hmd to fool users... Real fact is .. They don't like to give project treble support that's why launched with nougat and updated to Oreo...
Project treble is compulsory for device launched with Oreo
Whereas project treble is optional for device updated to Oreo...
This is how hmd cheated users
Nokia 6 vs moto G5S Plus vs Xperia XA2
Nokia 7 vs moto X4 vs Xperia XA2 Ultra
Xiaomi MI A1 vs Oppo A77 vs Huawei P Smart
LG (Q7?) vs Samsung J7 Pro vs HTC U11 Life.
This is where the best market competition appears to be since flagship models are fragmented by premium options and too expensive outside of a lock in contract.
Which phone is best & why?
What are some similar choices?
To start with here are all models I could find comparing RAM type and LTE Cat download speed which for me are important upgrade features that don't get mentioned often and can affect the speed of the phones.
Nokia 6, 4gb LPDDR4 1333MHz double channel, Cat 4 150Mbps.
NOKIA 7, 4/6 ddr4 1333 dual, Cat 6 300Mbps.
moto X4, 3/4gb ddr4 1333 duel, Cat 12 600Mhz.
moto G5S Plus, 3/4gb ddr3 single, Cat 6 300Mbps.
Xiaomi MI A1, 4gb ddr3 single 933mhz, Cat 6 300Mbps.
Oppo A77, 4gb ddr3 single 833mhz, Cat 4 150Mbps.
Huawei P Smart, 3/4 ddr3 dual 933mhz, Cat 6 300Mbps.
Samsung J7 Pro 3gb ddr3 dual 933mhz, Cat 6 300Mbps.
HTC U11 Life, 3gb ddr4 dual 1333, Cat 9 450mbps.
Love the Community, 05 Jan 2018This is exactly the wishlist for last year's Nokia 6. While SD 636 is nowhere to be available,... moreYeah I can't understand why people are always complaining. Google's camera is the best one even though it is a single camera. Obviously this is not going to be that good considering 1000$ and 230$ price difference. But can't people appreciate a good phone for once. This is a really good for considering it's price and specs.
Anonymous, 05 Jan 2018Mmmm why no nfc? Are these china specs or global specs? These are Chinese specs. Remember last year Nokia 6 china version didn't have NFC while the global one did.
Previous Nokia 6 global version had NFC which is Aluminium 6000 series but the Chinese version didn't. This one also will have it once it is released globally. Remember only the release of Chinese version took place.

Some people are not happy with the new nokia 6, they saw only pictures, you have to hold one in your hand and play with it and then you can complain, not before that, Nokia can not put everything in Nokia 6 what people want, because Nokia 9 will be the best phone. Nokia will be number one again.
