Not to mention that Sony's customer service are run by a---holes who charge excessively for simple repairs especially when out of warranty, or their repairs for products under warranty create even more problems for the phones they "fixed". A Google search on Sony's customer service show massively negatively reviews.

I am not a fan of the new back. Looks like LG or ZTE or Lenovo or other Chinese OEM. Buuuut at least the FP works worldwide and the MediaTek nonsense has stopped (at least the XA2x). I look forward carrier deals in US/CA. The A8 prices should go down significantly. Shame that there are no SD660 in the bigger phone. Would've made sense to me.

Does anyone know if XA2/XA2U have graphite layer like XZP to deal heat?
It works better than copper heat pipes of Z3+/Z5. It is the key to allow XZP records more than 2h of 4K.
