Official website of HTC latam does not make online sales. Other Mexican web markets sales it around $700. Could you provide a link please?
Might be you bought refurbished one? Are you sure that it is not refurbished? Is there a way of checking it?

HTC was like a man on a bridge, trying to commit suicide. Removing the 3.5mm jack was their way of jumping...
I'm not gonna say rip because this company is too stupid to deserve one.
And hey, I was one of their biggest fans. Still have the first Desire (Bravo) working.
All they do now is copy crapple and make cardboard quality phones with shiny colors to compensate. Pfffff....

Anonymous, 10 Jan 2018I would much rather buy this over a new mid range like Galaxy A5 (2017) or Huawei P lite If you really care about your phones performance, you should never buy a low-range phone. It's much better to buy even a 2-year-old flagship, than a low/mid-range phone.
