yet the SGS2 in the UK comes with 2.3.3 as standard thats not Gingerbread or something?

Apple has no such legal issues as we like the phone and are nice to apple. Its not nice to make legal issues and this make Mr Steve unhappy. We'll just wait iphone 5 so we can all hold our phone correctly.
