For people who complain about stolen credit cards.
Here in Portugal, every bank has a method of creating a virtual valid credit card of a certain amount for a specific transaction. It's called MBWay.
I simply put 500 euros in there, valid for 1 week and i did the payment of the oneplus 5T. After the transaction the virtual credit card won't exist anymore and ofc 500e has been removed from my account, totally safely without giving my actual credit card numbers.
That's what we call technology

So hundreds of people faced credit card frauds because OnePlus has no clue what security is? They've stopped viisa payments via site only after few days from first report. And after this story became lightened in mass media. Only after that. Stop this crap. This company is typical c-class chinese brand without any shame and security.

OnePlus have acted swiftly by temporarily disabling Credit Cards as a method of payment while they investigate the claims, but are accepting PayPal which is secure. You should stop scaremongering.
