wooty, 23 Jan 2018I want it as official. Don't you get my drift here? The smartphone has many features you wouldn't get all of it, just like I said even the Samsung has many features but it also has its lack and the worse part, while the Sony has some feature that Samsung never had too. Why bother so much to hold all the features that maybe never use once in your life, the android has thousands of free apps that can make the phone ultimate bloated and complicated even Samsung also don't complete all of the features!

wooty, 23 Jan 2018I want it as official. Don't you get my drift here?Quote: The super slow motion sequence will always be 0.182 seconds in real time which equates to up to 6 seconds in super slow motion playback. You cannot record longer sequences. There is no limit on the amount of times you can record super slow motion sequences one after the other, however, you will be required to wait a few seconds in between for the processing to be completed.
Getting the exact timing when trying to film super slow motion is always going to be difficult. People with professional setups often have to do several takes or use advanced timers to make sure they get the shot and even then still miss it sometimes.
Once you do capture that perfect shot though, the results are amazing!

I think it does capture amazing moment once you freeze the right moments.

Please be more educated! I don't see any substance in your comment! Perhaps you should go walk around and ask those Xperia users does Oreo or Nougat brought anything new to their devices besides than a pure stock android or better yet any perceptible changes? Look I'm not going to start a war with you but please stop writing like you're something please... It makes me cringe as if you have nothing else to poke on.

For your information, my Xperia Z2 can change between 3 types clock widget with lighter software weights.

Manual focus is touch the object on the shooting frame that will focus on the object, the manual setting is useful to set the focus type and it retain the settings when I swipe to manual mode. capture my desire layout with the objects, so can you you? I dare your beloved phone cannot do it!

Meanwhile I'll show you my Z5 device (you may request anything... be it a word on it or a gesture to prove my assertion). You may stop if you are going to show me some custom roms. I want those in official state! I dare you.

Do you see manual focus control for Z5 series on manual mode? Burst mode? (even mid range phones in other manufacturers have burst mode), no flash in front camera app, no changes in app camera and no features at all!

How about the redesigned look of the software keys? > SwiftKey does the job better!

The hugely refined Settings interface? > That was 8.0 Stock Android. Even Pixels have the same interface!

The fix for camera distortion on the XZ1/Compact and XZ Premium? > That was for XZ1 and XZP it doesn't concern the rest of those older flagships such as XP, XZ and Z5!

The ISO setting now in the main viewfinder instead of being in the hidden tabs? > That was for XZ1 and XZP it doesn't concern the rest of those older flagships such as XP, XZ and Z5!

The new Battery Optimization that Oreo brings (basically because Sony optimized Android Oreo)? > Ok agreed!

It's just too funny when you keep on defending Samsung's sluggish updates with features, when all users don't even use 20% of them > When a company doesn't give you a feature that is available on other company's products you consumers shouldn't say "I don't need it any way!" I mean if you love defending Sony that much good for you. But, for my hard earned money I always shop around and go for the best value and Sony has lost it a long time ago!

We shall see what are the new features were provided when Oreo hits it's flagship phones. Sony updates - No UI changes, no new camera UI, no new functions, no nothing! Apparently its totally futile. Their updates are quick no doubt, but its not generous. Meanwhile Sammy might be late when it comes to update but they would overhaul their UI (might slightly lag) and providing a few or two goodies with each major update undoubtedly.
