Better make whatsapp run on more devices, when I'm at home, I do not want to carry my phone with me when I can just have my tablet for it all..

What's the point in installing a separate app? Just make a "Business Groups" in the normal app, and allow only Admins to control it, like Telegram did a long time ago. Useless.

        Dear Prasad,
Maybe they are testing the feature, before a full blown launch. With a limited access, they can control aspects of it before a full launch.
I'm from India, but I'm in no hurry myself.

Plus, India's business traffic would be too high for Whatsapp to correctly verify, whether the number is actually related to the concerned business or not... Suppose, I create a fake account of an existing business (that I don't own)....

I think first they will do a test run with the countries where user base is smaller.
Then move on to their primary market later.

what an irony... The phone number says +91 which is Indian country code yet it is not available for Indian market...

Here we go, Facebook Inc, just as usual, copy features from competitor.
