Don't have the oneplus 5t, but it's cheaper and with the SD835. The only reason it's $650 is because of the new under the screen fingerprint reader. Not worth the price for one new tech feature, would wait for the 2nd or 3rd version.

The pricing looks pretty good. Under display fingerprint scanner looks cool, despite being a little slow.. Needs some refinements to make it fast then it becomes a standard feature on future smartphones.

Yeah, iphones have better hardware than vivo's offerings, yeah, they have longer/better support, but they lack many features and have the very limiting ios, so...?

That is unsurprisingly expensive for 1st gen under display fingerprint sensor phone. You guys should wait a few more months. Other manufacturer will enhance its speed and lower the price. You will regret buying this Vivo just to be 'first' having it. Nobody care what phone you have. Dont try to be early adopters unless you are a famous youtuber doing review.

Maybe iPhones are expensive, but at least you will get the best hardware and support (yes, I know about slowing down, but only Xiaomi supports own phones for years, like Apple). What giving Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus? IPhone look and comparable prices and nothing else. Ridiculous hardware, mediocre cameras, and bots everywhere. At least look at Honor, Nubia, Xiaomi. All of them Chinese, but offering much more, best and cheaper. Compare to competitors. Stop trolling with iPhones. Nobody cares them here.

Welp $600 bucks is kinda expensive for the spec. I mean you can be the first to have UD fingerprin scanner phone but others will have it too in lest than a year.

You got to understand that underscreen fp scanner is new technology. Like Oculus and Vive before, they're first gen tech and they're expensive as hell.
Wait until other phone companies who uses OLED displays can put the same or better underscreen scanners for cheaps. You're basically paying for Early Access.
