Like i said, TODAY. That 29 million was end of december, you know X didn't stop selling after christmas, it's still selling very well :)

Buying a phone is an investment, it's your money.
Resale value matter because when you have to trade it in for a new phone the value matter.

Plus a note 8 256GB here (NZ) is $1399 and the X 256GB is $2099 (from apple). Over 2k for a phone is beyond ridiculous.

29 million people does not show any sign of thinking at all. Making almost 29 billion dollars for retailers. Apple is laughing, retailers are laughing, cause they know next models will be for same price or more. Because of these 29m sheep's rest of consumers will suffer for inflated prices
