They just want everything fast just like fast food. Fast is never better. All you get is buggy device like this Xiaomi and Pixel. Super ultra mega rushed update. Quality software is made slowly not quickly.

Just received the Oreo update with January Security patch and Installed the update.
No issues yet.

I just received the Oreo update few minutes before. Installed the update and everything going very smooth. Didn't find any issues yet.
Seems they fixed the issues.

You guys have to make a choice here. Can't have both. I'd rather wait personally. There is no need to provide a subpar experience to begin with just to fix it later.

The frequent security patches at this price is commendable. The same cannot be said about other OEM's. Even Motorola is now lagging interms of updates. Sad to see a good brand falling behind.

Well... Tell you again, my girlfriend and my Mi A1 works perfectly! Best phone and Android of all the midrangers.
Haters gonna hate.
I suggest everyone to buy Mi A1, don't listen to GSMArena or haters, Android Oreo works like a charm.

If iOS 11 can have endless stream of bugs, I think this are very small matters comparing to iOS. Most importantly, updates are released and received fast! Try telling this to other OEMs like Samsung and LG. Their security patches take ages to push out.
