I don't care how much better the soc, display, and camera are.
If the regular s8 only has 4gb of ram and a single sensor
The price is too much.
It should be art least 150-200 less if is going to have that much less on top of the size differences as well

(just the second richest company in the mobile world) their products are not very special. but compared to the hike the other devices sometimes request. 800$ (or about 2720 ILS) is really cheap. and considering the costs the government fees. the price remains exactly the same! (as far as I remembered myself. Samsung galaxy S9 is priced 3199 ILS which is 117.12% of 800$ so this is why I am happy.

Samsung always bundles awesome things with their flagship pre-orders. In fact, i'm more excited about the bundles than the s9/s9+.

I hope you are being sarcastic. I hope I will never see any of these Sammy Fanboys/fangirls complaining about the price of an iPhone. At least the iPhone offers something different (not necessarily the best) but no matter how much marketing Samsung does it will still remain just another Android phone which does nothing special compared to other $300 Android phones.
The worst is after a year, Sammy phones do not hold their value even compared to Chinese phones like the OnePlus (compare vurrent price of 1+5 to that of S8). At least so called "Isheeps" can use their phones with support for 5 years bar battery and throttling problems.
Any smart person knows you buy a Sammy phone after 1.5 years from the launch date.

a) Apple buyers are only concerned with being seen with the new shiny, and
b) Apple just recycles the same design and you can't tell the difference between the old and new model.

If this is the price then the price is really justified.
If you don't want to go for S9 or S9+ just because you think the "design" is same as of last year then you may wanna go for S8 or S8+.
I don't understand why people are constantly saying "No design change" lol come on, do you expect Samsung to change the design of their flagships every single time?
At least from S4 the design has been constantly changing.
Even this year, the bezels are even more shrinked so you will have even more area for your multimedia and things like that.
Nobody complained apple for keeping the same design over the years but when it comes to Samsung, everyone starts to criticise.
S9 and S9+ are gonna be beast. Wait for 26 days to go.
