Remember - nokia phones are dead, now Nokia producing and serving telecommunications and smart home electronics. Phones named "Nokia" are 100% Chinese developed and produced by Foxconn subsidiary FIH mobile. HMD global just ordering to develop and manufacture standard chinaphones. People who made Nokia phones are in other moee successful companies. HMD earned just those who couldn't fit to quality production in other companies.

Agree with most people here.
Go go go Nokia 5G network is really what we need.
Not like stupid iris scanner innovation or setup to tell battery to not slow down over time :-)

And people who don't understand the communication industry will always say Nokia is dead!! Nokia company is just like a larger puzzle, and solving that puzzle seems to be always difficult. Good job Nokia those are the innovations that the industry needs!

this is genuinely exciting, i'm curious about the actual power requirements, because if they're as low as stated in the article they could be installed on a small wind turbine that's just there to power the unit. making faster internet viable for rural and difficult to reach regions .
