Asus Zenfone 3 gets an Oreo serving Comments

Yes, just for the 2 Zenfone 3 base models 5.2 and 5.5 , quite impressive considering these phones were launched mid-2016, well I guess due to the hardware they pack, anyways my ZE520KL is updated to latest Oreo 8.0.0 security patch dated March 2018.

AnonD-157518, 30 Jan 2018I respect Asus providing such a capable device at very competitive price, amazing rear camera ... moreWhat you say it's applicable to zenfone 3 series...the good OIS camera , decent specs and all the good stuff like great materials,the Oreo update and all the rest for such a great price...when you go to Zenfone 4 the prices go double to say the least...that is the situation in my area.
Anyway...great job with the zenfone 3 520 and 552 ,that I must admit!

Just updated to Android 8.0 OREO and the experience is superb. Faster apps, smooth UI and faster loading times and not to mention the simplicity that the icons has. Great job ASUS and keep it up.

Been using a Zenfone Max for over a year now and not a single problem existed. There are some gripes of me, that are all just asking too much (like the quite low volume headphone jack, screen minimum brightness is still too bright, etc.) but it has served me very well, just as I wanted it to do so.
I'll be upgrading to the Zenfone 3 ZE552KL soon enough but I want to give this phone to my father.

I'm using S7 edge which more powerful and more expensive, no Oreo update until now. Big respect for ASUS! They really fulfilled their promises when they said will bring Oreo update for Zenfone 3 on January 2018.

I respect Asus providing such a capable device at very competitive price, amazing rear camera with OIS(which phone at this price has ois?), awesome glass back with sapphire lens and respectable battery life. It comes with Android 6 in the box and now updated to OREO.
I wish Good luck to them for brighter future.

Not even Samsung is able to keep up with these updates and their phones are way more expensive.

So sad I'm as Asus user with variant Zenfone go no way to receive update, just app ZenUi on Playstore, but i happy and sure maybe update zenfone 3 to oreo have issue and some bug.
