what is the reason to choose a Surface over a traditional notebook?
is the Surface still a combination of heavy screen + light keyboard?

This is the same strategy Apple used for their MacBook Pro with 128 GB storage. It makes the laptop seem cheaper, but the ones with the specs which were previously the entry model remain the same or, like in Germany, become even more expensive. By the way, the difference between 128 and 256gb NVMe storage is 30€, the difference between the 2 laptop variants is 250€. And the same goes for those new models. I have a 128 gb laptop but next time, I would buy one with 256, same goes for RAM which should be 8 instead of 4 gb.
