Sorry, but this looks is opposite than premium.
Since I'm european, and Lenovo is usually sold in India, I assume that Indian people maybe have different taste. Because here - this is just ugly to anyone you ask.

Why do they keep making backs of their phones so ugly?
I get it that some people might like this, but to me it's repulsive. And los of other people would agree that design is simply bad.
But on positive note, atleast they aren't copying anyone.
