Google gaming console? Google is nuts? What will we play on Android? Dungeon Hunter 5 on TV?...Hmm Google game streaming service like Geforce Now? of desktop or mobile games?...anyway, if these 2 things will be released, they will die as fast as many Google experiments

If game streaming is what they're after, it might not succeed that well. Because,
1. Not everywhere do we have stable connections. A typical Game can be downloaded on even a 1 mbps connection if its resumable, but for streaming we're looking at at least a 10 mbps connection with 50ms ping in a stable manner. Too much for third world countries.
2. Various alternatives of this kind might develop, because it hardly requires any infrastructure at the user's end. So, who will buy the console when their pc/ mobile/ smart TV does the same easily?
Such services can be brought by other companies to the consumers, which will make Google's proprietory hardware basically useless.

Of course, this is just a beginning stage, too early to judge. Let's see how they plan to implement it...
