Anonymous, 14 Feb 2018Wow.... Are you really that dense or overreacting defensively cause of a poor ego? Yeah, wired is the only way to go. "coupe of seconds or more" delay does not happen - that's the reality. If we are talking about milliseconds - it's not an issue for casting my screen, and casting to play simple games from your smartphone onto a screen is absurd.

Meantime, I'm not restricted to one position of a room for my presentations. I even cast video and lag is never an issue. I'd rather go wireless than be tethered wired to the TV.

I do things conveniently wireless while I can walk around the classroom. Milliseconds of delay is not a problem. I'm not gaming. I don't play games on my smartphone.

"coupe of seconds or more"... That's what you said.

Right. I do wireless presentations mirroring my Note8 via Chromecast. There's only a fraction of a second delay. Never a full second.

How is this so hard for so many of you to grasp... morethere will be no latency...because its simply sharing a screen...thats it...like using two screens on a phone..nothing special about it...you seem to live in the old days where it had a whole second of latency..we work in the age of millisecond latency...VERY rare you will get a whole second

How many times does it need to be repeated.
Using a wireless connection from the phone to any other screen for any purpose will have a coupe second or more latency lag. That's it. End of story. Pc function, gaming, videos, presentation , whatever.
Wired is the only way for it to be done properly
